The Fern Tree Community Hall is available for hire, under conditions of maximum attendees of 100 people.

Fern Tree Community Centre is a multi-purpose building available for hire at very reasonable rates. It is at 8 Stephenson Place, Fern Tree, Tasmania 7054 and owned by the Fern Tree Community Association. The centre is north facing, with large sliding picture windows and a veranda, and has views of Mt Wellington. It is 15 minutes by car from the Hobart CBD and close to a Metro bus route.

HIRE RATES

The basic hire fee is $15 per hour with a $75 minimum charge.

For a full day (morning, afternooon and evening) the charge is $120 per day. You should allow time in your booking for setting up before and cleaning up after your event.

Please note that hirers are liable for any damage or extra cleaning that is required. This will be assessed by the booking officer.
